If you were with us in our first year, your rate stays at $55. We don't raise prices on the people who got us started.

Bring a neighbor

If two households on the same street or in the same neighborhood book on the same day, you both pay $55/hour. One trip for us, savings for you. Just mention it when you schedule.

Already a client?

When someone you refer books their first visit, your next visit is $55/hour too. No limit, no forms — just tell them to mention your name.

How billing works

We bill for the time we actually spend working, in 15-minute increments. Before we begin anything, we'll give you an honest estimate. If a job is going to take longer than expected, we'll let you know and get your approval before continuing. You'll never receive a surprise bill.

Senior living communities, nonprofits & businesses

If you represent a senior living community, assisted living facility, retirement community, nonprofit, or a business interested in recurring support or multiple appointments, we'd love to talk. Pricing questions, answered

We bill for time worked, in 15-minute increments. When we arrive, we assess the issue and let you know approximately how long it will take. If something is going to take significantly longer than expected, we'll tell you before continuing. You'll never be surprised by a bill.
No. There is no service call fee or trip charge for in-home visits within the Tallahassee area. You pay for the time we spend working, nothing more.
If we’re unable to resolve an issue, we’ll clearly explain why and offer honest next-step recommendations. In those cases, you’ll only be charged for a quarter of the time spent.
Just schedule your first service. The first two hours are $55/hour automatically — nothing to enter, no code, no contract.
We accept cash, check, Venmo, Zelle, and all major credit and debit cards. Payment is due at the end of each visit or service.
Yes. The hourly rate is the same regardless of whether we're helping you in person, remotely, or over the phone. You pay for the time, not the delivery method.
Our standard rate is $75/hour. Clients who started with us in our first year keep their $55 rate permanently, and every new client's first visit starts at $55.
